I started my FIRST college class this week and had to laugh when a fellow student revealed they felt "behind the power curve" about starting classes so late - he's a decade my junior.
In other news, JG signed for his deployment tasking in December.
I hear you! I started college 18 years post high school. I laugh within my skin when I hear the comments of "these kids," and the excuses they make concerning their homework and such. Conversely, I wish I had half the experiences and started school at their age but I guess a once "bad grades student" with a 3.8 GPA 18 years later is worth it. Thank the Lord for Post 9/11 GI Bill!
